
Dr. Daniel M. Blanco
Dr. Daniel M. Blanco received a Bachelor of Science degree in Movement and Exercise Science at Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. He received his Doctorate of Optometry degree from Northeastern State University College of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He furthered his training by completing a residency in Ocular Disease at Eyecare Associates of South Tulsa.
Prior to joining Clasik Vision and Premier Eyecare, Dr. Blanco worked closely with multiple surgeons at Barnet Dulaney Perkins. Through his training he has performed several laser procedures and minor surgeries. He has developed an expertise in managing patients pre/post surgery as well as treating multiple eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, retinal degenerations and ocular complications associated with systemic diseases.
Dr. Blanco has been published in Clinical and Experimental Optometry and presented lectures on a variety of topics over ocular health. He has used his training to participate on multiple mission trips to Honduras and volunteer at a variety of health fairs throughout the community. Dr. Blanco is a member of several professional organizations and involved in the Arizona Optometric Association. He has been a resident of Arizona since 2017 and enjoys hiking, camping, sports, and traveling.
